Hardness HRA90+ titanium carbide round bars
Titanium carbide alloy round bar is a high-performance material made of titanium carbide (TiC) as a base, by adding metal or ceramic reinforcing phase. Its appearance is silver grey metallic luster, smooth surface, excellent hardness and wear resistance, hardness up to 2800-3200HV, close to diamond hardness, can effectively resist high load friction and cutting wear. At the same time, it has good performance of high temperature resistance, can maintain structural stability and mechanical properties in high temperature environment above 1000℃, strong oxidation resistance.
