titanium carbide round bar is a high-performance bar made by powder metallurgy process, with titanium carbide as the main hard phase and cobalt or nickel as the binder phase. Its hardness is as high as HRC85 or above, and its wear resistance is far more than that of ordinary steel, even in the high temperature environment of 500℃ or above, it can still maintain stable performance. This round bar dimensional accuracy is extremely high, diameter tolerance can be controlled in ± 0.01mm, surface roughness as low as Ra0.02μm, very suitable for making precision cutting tools, mold cores and so on. In the processing of stainless steel, titanium alloys and other difficult-to-cut materials, the life of tools made of it is 10-20 times that of high-speed steel tools, which can significantly improve productivity.
