QMD air motor driven high pressure tank cleaning machine

This QMD air motor-driven three-dimensional cleaners are suitable for small to medium sized tanks and IBC totes, such as fuel ethanol, beer, chemical, industrial fermentation industries and occasions that require high-impact cleaning.

Working Principle:

This QMD series cleaner is driven by an external motor to drive cleaning head to rotate.

The gear mechanism runs according to the set trajactory to realize rotation and revolution,

thereby realizing 360 coverage impact indexed cleaning of the inside of tanks and process vessels.

Features & Benefits:

●High Using dynamic seal at leakage point to reduce leakage (less than 3% leakage). thus saving cleaning fluid.

●The nozzle have a unique steady flow design which can make the jet be more concentrated and have great impact.

●Driven by an external air motor, used in explosion-proof applications. Much safer.

●Low consumption of fluid.
