PRE-PROCESSING：
Pre-drying: 4-6h / 130°C
Processing:
Melting temperature 280 - 300 °C
Mold temperature 60 - 100 °C
Product storage and handling:
PA is a highly hygroscopic material. When the dryPA materialis exposed to the atmosphere, it will absorb moisture quickly, so it is recommended to keep it sealed. In order to ensure the best performance index after extrusion, the material must be dried before processing, and the moisture content of the particles should not exceed 0.02%. It is recommended that the material be dried at 110-130°C for 4~6h.
