Charcoal briquette machine is mainly used to press various powder and scrap materials such as charcoal dust, the bamboo carbon powder, breeze, hookah carbon, graphite powder, page shell carbon, common jujube carbon, LAN charcoal powder, activated carbon and so on. Charcoal briquetting machine can produce a lot special shape like square type, ball type, elliptic type, round type, column, bar, bread and pillow type. Charcoal briquettes making machine is widely used in refractory, power plant, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating, animal husbandry, industrial, agricultural, barbecue and other fields. Main Usage of Charcoal Briquette Machine For Sale
1. Mainly used for : pulverized coal molding, dry powder molding, Desulfurization gypsum molding, coke powder molding, Scrap iron and various metal mineral powder molding etc.
2. Suitable material: coal powder, coking coal , aluminite powder, scrap iron, oxidation iron sheet, carbon powder, mineral waste residue, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaoline, activated carbon, coke breeze and all kinds of powder, powder lot, waste material ,waste residue. Widely used in refractory material, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating, etc. The material after pressing is energy-saving and environmental protection, easy to transport, increase the using ratio of waste materials, has good economic benefits and social benefits.
Raw Materials & Charcoal Briquettes
The most common materials are coconut shell, sawdust, woodchips, bamboo shavings, tree bark, chestnut shell, cotton stalk, sesame stalk, corn stalk, sunflower stalk, soybean stalk, rice husk, sugarcane bagasse, corncob, etc. The material diameter must be less than 6mm and moisture is about 10%. The raw material piled density is 60-350 kg/m³, while the briquettes piled density is 1100-1400kg/m³. We can easily draw a conclusion that the briquettes density has greatly improved, so the combustion value also improves 30%-40%. After carbonization, the charcoal briquettes calorific value is 7000-8500 kilocalories. The burning time is 200 min/kg and carbon content is 75%-85%.
