This product takes modified PVC as main material. The interior is inlaid with reinforcing wire of spiral metal wire. The product has built-in positive & negative pressure conveying hose for conductive copper conductor.
Not easy to be squashed, high flexibility, high strength and resistance to crack;
Excellent cold resistance (-30℃ - 60℃);
Resistant to oil, weak acid and alkaline and corrosion;
Excellent electrical conductivity, general use of positive and negative pressure;
High transparency makes it possible to confirm fluid and makes users rest assured.
Comply with the standard of GB/T 1352.7 flexible PVC pipe.
Scope of application:
Applicable to oil fields, places and machines that need prevention of static such as vehicles for shipping oils, and the transport of liquid, gas and powder particles in the chemical industry. It is also an ideal engineering pipe that is used for transporting water, sewage, sediment, oil, and powder.
Applicable for transporting various petroleum products; our patent solves the problem of PVC tube which will turn hard in case of coldness and oil; Operating temperature: -30℃(-22°F);
Temperature range: -30℃(-22°F) - +60℃ (+140°F);
Inner layer: transparent PVC modified resin;
Reinforcing layer: high-strength hard wire and antistatic copper conductor
Outer layer: Transparent PVC modified resin is resistant to wear, ozone, erosion, coke, oil, corrosion and static;
Pipe length: Refer to the following table. Other length can be supplied as per the requirements.
Mark: black, automatic printing via automatic ink-jet printer; not easy to be cleaned;
