Application

ThisHot Air Thermal Shrinkage Testeruses a high-precision temperature control system and measurement system to accurately test the dry heat shrinkage performance (shrinkage rate and shrinkage force) of tire cord, yarn, polyester, cotton thread and textiles under certain temperature control.

Features

One machine has two uses: shrinkage test and shrinkage force test;

The system uses a touch screen for human-computer dialogue, and input operations are performed directly on the interface. The system working status, as well as real-time deformation curves, shrinkage force curves, temperature curves, heating curves, etc. are displayed in animation. The system has a real-time fault alarm function and directly displays the alarm information;

The temperature module is directly used to collect temperature, and a built-in thermocouple is used to control the output heater. The heating temperature and heating speed can be set on the touch screen, and the temperature, heating curve, etc. can be displayed at the same time;

Through the LCD display, the current test data can be displayed intuitively, and data storage function is provided. Multiple groups of test results can be queried and the test results can be calculated;

The PLC reads the encoding signal from the encoder measurement system, draws the curve directly on the touch screen, and can print and view historical storage;

The PLC reads the pressure signal from the force measurement system, draws the curve directly on the touch screen, and can print and view historical storage;

Equipped with a micro printer to print test shrinkage, shrinkage force and test curves.
