88PCS thread repair kit for thread repairment
1.Drilling:
1.Drill out the damaged threads using the proper drill, drill to a sufficient depth to accommodate the CL-COIl insert length and the bolt or screw being used.
2.Tapping:
Drilled holes to be tapped with our taps for the corresponding size of insert to be installed.
3. installation:
Place the inset on installation tool, positon the adjustable ring, so that the insert tang is in center of tang slot.
Place the installation tool over the hole and wind the insert into the hole until the top coil is 1/2 turn below the top surface.
4. Removal the tang
To blow-off the Tang after fitment of Inserts by tang break tools, give a sharp blow to remove the tang; the bolt can go through and through. Due to the narrow and exact tolerance the new thread normally is stronger than original one.
