Rail Hole Double Side Chamfering Tool Kits
The double chamfer is used for chamfering the holes on the waist of railway rail. The structure of the bilateral chamfering device: It has a door frame, the left and right holder through a set of four bar linkage hinge, and equipped with upper locking lever handle, install left axle shaft sleeve of the bottom of the left bracket, left axis right side is equipped with disc blade, left left end shaft with a ratchet wrench, right shaft are installed in the shaft sleeve from the lower pole of the right holder, the right shaft suits a compression spring, right left end shaft is equipped with the disc blade, The right end of the right axle is fitted with a ratchet wrench. The double-sided chamfering device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high working efficiency.
