Place the inner microwaveable pillow onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven. Make sure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning. Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely. Fold over the inner microwaveable pillow once if does not sit flat on the turntable. Heat the inner the inner microwaveable pillow must be re-inserted in the outer cover after heating before use. In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the inner microwaveable pillow. Do not use if damaged.CAUTION:This product can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with skin. Take care when removing from the microwave oven as the product may be hot.
