Highland barley paper insulating paper material
Green shell paper, also known as highland barley paper, is a common name for cyan thin electrical insulating cardboard. It is made from wood fiber or mixed pulp mixed with cotton fiber, and is manufactured by a certain process. Green shell paper combines the good insulation properties of wood pulp insulation paper and the good dielectric strength of polyester film.
The commonly used colors of thin electrical insulating cardboard are yellow and cyan, yellow is commonly known as yellow shell paper, and cyan is commonly known as green shell paper.
Features and uses: Green shell paper has good mechanical strength, high electrical strength, smooth product surface, and rich toughness. It is widely used as insulating material in motors, electrical appliances, instruments and other equipment, and is also used for B-class motors. Slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and pad insulation. At the same time, it is used to make 6250 polyester film composite foil. For example, a layer of green shell paper is fastened between the fan wing and the fan head of a household ceiling fan with screws. Green shell paper is sandwiched between the lathe spindle press ring and the gear box.
