Electrofusion fittings
Electrofusion is a method to joint HDPE and other plastic pipes with electrofusion fittings that have electric wire inside, when apply a voltage(39.5V) it will melt the surface of the pipe and fittings together producing a very strong joint even than pipe itself.
Kinson Electrofusion fittings are made with high quality HDPE material imported from abroad which are approved by PE100+, mainly used in HDPE gas and water pipelines. All the fittings are CE, ISO9001 certificated.

Butt fusion fittings
Butt welding or butt fusion, which is a type of hot plate welding. This technique is heating two end surface of HDPE pipe or fitting against a heated hot plate surface. After a certain time, the heating plate is removed and the two pieces are pressed together and to cool under pressure, forming the desired bond. This process is commonly used in plastic pressure pipe systems to join a pipe and fitting together, or to join a length of pipe directly to another length of pipe.
