Nano boron carbide powder CY-B4C1
Our nano-boron carbide CY-B4C1, ultra-fine boron carbide powder is prepared by variable current laser ion beam gas phase method, boron carbide (boron carbide), alias black diamond, molecular formula is B4C, usually gray-black powder. It is one of the three hardest known materials (the other two are diamond and cubic boron nitride). Hard black shiny crystals.

It is a synthetic superhard material with a hardness only second to diamond, with a Mohs hardness of 9.46 and a microhardness of 5600. -6200Kg/mm2, specific gravity 2.52g/cm3, melting point 2250℃, no reaction with acid and alkali solution, high chemical potential, neutron absorption, wear resistance and semiconductor conductivity. It is one of the acid-stable substances, stable in concentrated or dilute acid or alkali aqueous solutions. With stable physical and chemical properties, it is used in grinding, grinding and drilling of hard materials.
