Flexible Double Oil resistant hose/pipe

This product takes the latest PBR high molecular resin as main material. The interior is inlaid with the spiral metal reinforcing wire and double polyester thread;
　　Positive and negative pressure conveying hose of conductive copper stranded wire;;
　　Not easy to be squashed, high flexibility, high strength and resistance to crack;
　　High resistance to pressure (7atm -10atm);
　　Resistant to oil, weak acid and alkaline and corrosion;
　　Excellent electrical conductivity, general use of positive and negative pressure;
　　High transparency makes it possible to confirm fluid and makes users rest assured.
　　Comply with the standard of GB/T 1352.7 (for transporting fluids).

Scope of application:
　　Applicable to oil fields, places and machines that need prevention of static such as vehicles for shipping oils, and the transport of liquid, gas and powder particles in the chemical industry. It is also an ideal engineering pipe that is used for transporting water, sewage, sediment, oil, and powder.

Applicable for transporting various petroleum products; our patent solves the problem of flexible pipe which will turn hard and is not resistant to abrasion in case of oil;Operating temperature: -20℃ -75℃;

　　Inner layer:This product takes the latest PBR high molecular resin as main material;
　　Reinforcing layer: The interior is inlaid with the spiral metal reinforcing wire and double polyester thread;
　　Outer layer: This product takes the latest PBR high molecular resin as main material which has extremely high tensile strength and exceptional long service life;
　　Pipe length: Refer to the following table. Other length can be supplied as per the requirements.
　　Mark: black, automatic printing via automatic ink-jet printer; not easy to be cleaned;
