For frame and fork, it depends on whether we have the items in stock. If we have semi-products in stock, it takes 7-14 days. If we don’t have semi-products in stock, it takes 14-30 days or longer. 8.Do you do any testing for products before launching them on sale ?Yes, of course. We always do the testing in house for every new products or send them to the third party for testing if necessary. There are three options. 1) Customized logos and painting.2) TIMETEC decal.3) Blank. Note: For customized logos and painting, there will be surcharge. Please contact us by for surcharge and the operation process. We offer 1 year warranty for wheels/rims and 2 years for frame/fork/seatpost. You can claim for replacement or refund after you receive our products. Below are the warranty procedure:1. Please make sure the warranty is valid before submitting your claim. 2. But pls make sure items are in below conditions.- Items are new and without being used- Items are packed in original package.
