Hypalon Hose

Advantages:The adhesion strength of through-the-weave internal layer is 20N higher than normal hose(the abrasion performance of through-the-weave technology increased to 50N,Website:, and our existing two steps hose also can reach 50N by improving the weave). The out layer adopts special material (such as Hypalon, Nitrile Rubber mixed with Kevlar pulp etc.) to increase abrasive and ageing resistance of hose, and greatly increase its service life.The internal layer can be customized according to different operating environment and become widely used. (the internal layer  material NBR/PVC, EPDM, etc. are available).Characteristics:Hose is resistant to different types of attack:abrasion, oils, acids, chemicals, cracking,heat, adverse weather conditions, delamination, kinking, ozone, petroleum, etc.Length: available as requests.Temperature:-30℃to +100℃.           Easy to coil, dry or wet.Internal lining material: customized.Technical Characteristics:
