Features:
1.Injection system:
The measuring mechanism utilizes potentiometer detection and coordinates with the operation of PLC to control material quantity precisely.The injector moveby applying worm gear decelerator conjoins brake motor todrive and high speed movement is controlled by inverter,the position can be sensed by ultra-sonic wave linear displacement transducer accurately.
2.Mould clamping system:
The two-step speedy mould opening/closing mechanism with device of fully mould closing.The large mould plate design can be apply to various style of moulds flexibly with high accommodation.
3.PC Controlling system
Utilized industrial workstation computer in windows control system picture type of fully mould closing.The large touch screen to monitor the screw trning speed,injection volume time,injection temperature,mould temprature,movement time and producvity on line,easy to learn and operate.
4.Hydraulic system:
Adopted proportion valve to coordinate the computer system,allowing preciouse control of the pressure and flow rate.
5.No need water circulation for heat board,using effcient heat insulation material.
6.Low operate platform accord with ergonomics.
7.The mould height can be adjusted steplessly and suitable for 100mm-260mm mould gap.
