Lubrication

Operationmethods
1:beforeturningonthemachine,youmustturnontheclutchfirstandputtherackerforcrosspiece-changinginthezeroposition
2:whenmovingthecrosspiece,youshouldbequick.Otherwisethebrakewon’tworkwell.whenturningonthemachine,youshouldn’tworktoofiercly
3:whenchangingthecrosspieceposition,youmustturnontheclutch.Otherwisethegearwillbedamaged.Afterthat,youshouldcheckwhetherthechangingjobiswelldone.Makesureyouhaven’tchangedtwocrosspiecesinonetime.
4:Ifthereisanydifficultyduringtheprocessofchangingcrosspieceposition,youshouldn’ttrytocompletethejobforcrfully.Insteadyoushouldusethehandinstallmenttohelpyoucompletethejob.Concreteprocedure:usingthespannertomovethehandinstallmenttoapositionwithacertainangle,thenyoucanchangethecrosspiecepositionsmoothly.
