Ken from the United States is our old customer. A few days ago, an from Ken saying that it was easy to poke the hand during the installation of thediy filter brush. This not only affected the sales of the product but also related to safety issues. Ken asked us if we could solve this problem.
We told Ken that we can solve this problem. Ourdiy filter brushuses high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel wire as the shaft, which has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and rust-free characteristics. Normally, the two ends of thediy filter brushare sharp, so it is easy to poke your hand during installation and replacement. For safety reasons, we have designed a protective cover solution at both ends of the brush so that the skeleton of thediy filter brushwill not harm the fish. The most important thing is that the high-quality protective cover we provide is not easily oxidized by water. Ken listened and said that he was looking forward to our design. Then we arranged a sample to Ken.
After a week, Ken said that this design is really intimate and fully demonstrates our quality. Three days later, we received an order from Ken of 3000pcs for the diy filter brushorder.
