Working Principle
Plant wheel mixer using the gravity of the rollers, coarse crushing and grinding machinery, pulverizer structured by grinding roller and roller disc. When the grinding wheel mixer is working, the material is send out by the middle part of the roller disc, under the impact of the blade thrust or its own centrifugal force, the material get into the bottom of the roller for grinding. Withstand repeated rolling, the desirable particle size leave out from the surrounding mesh of the grinding disc, coarse particles return to the heavy roller for more grinding. Grind wheel mixer suitable for pulverized silica, clay and under medium hardness materials, or for mixing the material.
