Q: I have a small shipment in China, how can i send it from China?
A: You have to tell our staff the good details to let us check the freight, then we will provide the pick up service, and send it to by FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT... package is charged by its weight.
Q: How long does it take to ship to my address by courier?
A: In generally it will take 3-5 working days when ship from China to Europe countries/ North America and other countries.
Q: What is AWB and B/L?
A1: The Air Waybill(AWB) is the most important document issued by a carrier either directly or through its authorised agent, it is a non-negotiable transport document, and means you are the owner of the cargo.
