该机布置在生产线上，用于调节砂的温度，根据一般的冷却和加热两种功能调节温度，采用新型均匀螺旋翅片钢管实现上述砂的热交换的换热器的设计与制造。 ，并且热电偶作为温度传感器控制砂子的温度满足要求，型砂的温度只能送到下一个工作程序，自带水箱和管道系统。
