6. Heat insulation and thermal break: When the indoor temperature is high it will like steam. Our sunroom can control the temperature by 3 side thermal break and air circulation system.
7. Water drainage and tightness: We have 8 ways of water drainage and proof. Please contact us and I will show you the elevation drawing which shows you the detail.
8. Sunshade: The sunshade outside of sunroom will emit and stop the ultraviolet & heat. If you need more sunshades, we will install more motors for easy controlling of sunshade.
9. Structure and model: Laminated glass, single and double glazing available. Fly screens are easy to install, remove and clean. The opening can be PSK door, casement door, tilt & turn windows, awning windows or others.
10. After-sale service: We will amend the skylight in 10 years, and other main accessories are will be changed in 5 years if there is problem.
