High Efficiency and Performance Organic Electrolytic Synthesis Anode

A novel IrO2 anode on titanium substrate may be apply to the elethosynthesis of succinic acid and tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide.
• Electrosynthesis of succinic (butanedionic) acid. The product is made on the cathode.
The oxygen have useally been used. But the Ti-IrO2-Ta2O5 dimensionally stable anode would be the most stable anode for electhosynthesis of succiuic acid.
• Electrolytic production of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide.
Under eleetrolysis process CO2 O2have liberated on the anode surface. Anodic current density is 1000~1200A/m2.Temperature of elcctrolyte egual to 60℃.The life times of anode are in excess of one year.
