Fluorescent Brightener for cotton fiber
Characteristics and advantages:
1、optical brightener BBU good water solubility, dissolve in 3-5 times of boiling water by volume, optical brightener BBU 300g can be dissolved per liter of boiling water, 150 g can be dissolved per liter of cold water;
2、optical brightener BBU is insensitive to hard water and the whitening effect will not be affected by Ca+、Mg2+;
3、Resistant to peroxide bleach, including reductant（sodium hydrosulfite）bleaching agent;
4、Average acid resistance, PH＞7 is the optimum whitening condition;
5、Anionic, blue light.
Application fields:
1、optical brightener BBU Used for whitening of cotton fiber and mucilage glue fiber;
2、optical brightener BBU Suitable for white discharge printing pulp;
3、optical brightener BBU Whitening during paper pulp;
4、optical brightener BBU Whitening during surface sizing procedure;
5、optical brightener BBU Whitening during coating procedure.
Method:
Dip 60-100 ℃ temperature, residence time of 20-40 minutes, bath ratio: 1:20-30, dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
