Product Description
Features of NPT floating ball valves are as follows:
NPT Forged floating ball valves have two structures. 2 piece and 3 piece design, male or female threaded ends, RPTFE, DELRIN, NYLON and PEEK seats. Different materials for seats, gaskets, and packing may be chosen according to different using conditions
1.1/4″ turning for opening or closing.
2.Full pore or reduced port, split body construction
3.Mounting flange according to ISO5211
4. Blow out proof stem,fire-safe and static resistance, adjustable stem packing, anti-static device.
5. Thread Connections, male and female screwed ends (NPT) to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
Main seat Material:
PTFE/ RTFE(≤120ºC) , NYLON (≤80ºC), PEEK/PPL (≤250ºC)
Product Details
The NPT ends ball valve is used to cut off or connect the media in middle and low-pressure pipelines. According to different structure designs, the valves can be one-piece, two-piece and three-piece.
Properties:
Advancedhardening technologies have been adopted in producing ball and seat, such as Ultron-sonic spray coating, nick basespray welding, surface specially hardening, stellite spray welding and so on. The application temperature may up to 540ºC, themaximum is 980ºC. The surface material also possesses good resistance properties of friction and impact.
