Anodized Through an electrical process to form a anodized layer on the surface of profile.Available in different colors like silver white,champagne,dark bronze and matte effect surface.
Electrophooresis Based on anodized process,an extra transparent film is formed to make the surface brighter and shinning with good corrosion resistance.
Powder Coated Spray different color powder on the surface to form a thick layer to protect the surface.it has good corrosion resistance and all kinds of color.
Wood Grain New technology in finishing to form a texture looks like real wood.Available in types of wood pattern with smooth and matte effect.
Polishing By mechanical and chemical process to form a mirror effect surface which is suitable for decorative application.

A: It is depend on the complexity of your drawing, once you have confirmed the final design and tolerances, a die can be ordered and delivered to our shop in about 1-2weeks. And a sample can be delivered to you in 7days for your confirmation.
