成立于2012年，位于湖北省武汉市，湖北省是中国中部六省的副省级中心城市，水陆交通便捷，辐射全国。大型仓库和总部设在东西湖区。公司的工厂位于湖北省襄阳市以东的化工集中区，占地200余亩。

公司拥有独立的研发中心，具有独立的研发能力和丰富的生产经验，先进的生产工艺，齐全的检测设备。现有员工一百余人，其中研究生及本科以上学历的四十余人，大专以上学历人员占员工总数的85％。该公司专门从事肉桂系列香料和香精，精细化学品和食品添加剂的研究，开发，生产和销售。主要产品有：肉桂酸，肉桂醛，肉桂醇，肉桂酸甲酯，肉桂酸乙酯，苯甲醛等。公司已通过ISO9001国际质量管理体系认证，并依托大学自主发展和共同发展的理念，与武汉的主要大学和科研机构进行了深入的合作。先后被授予“优秀诚信企业标准”，“十佳民营企业”，“ AAA级信用企业”等称号。
