The glass bottle wall is coated with organic resin, which can increase the pressure strength of the bottle by 20%. In modern factories, it is not easy to produce glass bottles. PRODUCTION PROCESS OF GLASS BOTTLE
Firstly, the blowing mold should be designed and manufactured. The raw material of glass polyurethane is quartz sand as the main raw material, and other auxiliary materials melt into liquid at high temperature. Then, the glass bottle can be formed by feeding machine to drop into the mold, air-jet, air-pouring, pressing, annealing and other processes. Glass bottles usually have rigid marks, which are also made from the shape of the mould.

Glass bottles as packaging materials are mainly used in food, oil, alcohol, beverages, condiments, cosmetics and liquid chemical products, etc. They are widely used.

There are many kinds of glass bottles, ranging from small bottles with 1ML capacity to large bottles with dozens of liters, from round, square, shaped and handle bottles, from colorless and transparent amber, green, blue, black shading bottles and opaque opaque glass bottles, etc. As far as manufacturing technology is concerned, glass bottles are generally divided into two categories: moulding bottles (using model bottles) and control bottles (using glass bottles). Molded bottles can be divided into two categories: large-mouth bottles (with a diameter of more than 30MM) and small-mouth bottles. The former is used to hold powdery, massive and pasty articles, while the latter is used to hold liquids. According to the form of bottle mouth, it can be divided into cork bottle mouth, thread bottle mouth, crown cap bottle mouth, rolled bottle mouth grinding bottle mouth, etc. According to the usage situation, it can be divided into "one-time bottle" which is discarded once and "recycling bottle" which is used many times. According to the classification of containers, it can be divided into wine bottles, beverage bottles, oil bottles, canned bottles, acid bottles, medicine bottles, reagent bottles, infusion bottles, cosmetic bottles and so on.
