Welded pipe support

This type of pipe support is suitable for small and medium-sized pipe diameters, and can be divided into Vientiane sliding type, guided sliding type, and fixed type. It is used to fix, support and adjust the direction of the pipeline. It can be used with spring support to slow down and absorb pipeline vibration.

1. Universal sliding type: directly welded to the pipeline to support the pipeline, with a sliding plate on the lower side. Can be adjusted in any direction. According to the requirements of the temperature and medium, there are usually carbon steel or galvanized, 12CR1mov, and stainless steel. The applicable pipe diameter is usually DN15-DN600. Beyond this range, it can be customized according to the size.

2. Guided sliding type: directly welded to the pipeline to support the pipeline, with a sliding plate on the lower side. But it is limited to the adjustment of the guide rail direction. According to the requirements of the temperature and medium, there are usually carbon steel or galvanized, 12CR1mov, and stainless steel. The applicable pipe diameter is usually DN15-DN600. Beyond this range, it can be customized according to the size.

3. Fixed type: directly welded to the pipeline to support the pipeline, the embedded steel plate needs to be installed on site, and the bottom is welded to the embedded steel plate. The direction cannot be adjusted after the fixed. According to the requirements of the temperature and medium, there are usually carbon steel or galvanized, 12CR1mov, and stainless steel. The applicable pipe diameter is usually DN15-DN600. Beyond this range, it can be customized according to the size.
