Graphite carbon rod
The graphite rotor works by breaking nitrogen (or argon) blown into the aluminum melt into a large number of diffuse bubbles, which are dispersed in the metal liquid. Bubbles in the melt by gas pressure difference and surface adsorption principle, absorption of hydrogen in the melt, adsorption oxidation slag, and with the rise of bubbles and brought out of the melt surface, so that the melt can be purified. Because the bubbles are small and diffuse, they are uniformly mixed with the rotating melt, and then rotate and float up slowly in a spiral shape. The long contact time with the melt prevents the formation of airflow generated by continuous straight rise, thus removing harmful hydrogen from the aluminum melt and significantly improving the purification effect
