Alnico ring magnet

Alnico ring magnets are composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron, and different other elements. There are two different manufacturing processes for AlNiCo: casting and sintering. Cast AlNiCo can be made into a variety of sizes and shapes, while sintered AlNiCo is usually limited to smaller sizes. However, both of these processes lead to complex geometric shapes and configurations. Standard sintered AlNiCo has stricter dimensional tolerances due to its processing. It also has slightly lower magnetic properties, but has better mechanical strength than cast AlNiCo products.
