Slag Dam System for Converter
KINGSTONE company developed RJD series converter tapping port, skateboard slag blocking mechanism and supporting refractory materials, using the converter slide slag blocking mechanism, through the hydraulic drive device, driving the platform of the skateboard and matching the infrared inspection to detect the entire tapping process, when the tapping is close When the tail is detected and the infrared slag is detected, the slide plate is quickly closed to realize the slag-free or less slag tapping of the converter, which can increase the metal shrinkage rate and reduce the steelmaking cost.
After several years of optimization design and product research on converter slag blocking mechanism and supporting refractory materials, it can fully meet the requirements of 60-180 ton converter tapping technology, which is of great significance to China's converter smelting clean steel and high quality steel.
