DWT Dehydration Drying Machine
The DWT dehydration drying machine is one kind of special equipment researched and developed based on the traditional mesh belt drying machine. It is featured by strong pertinence and practicality, high energy efficiency, widely used in dehydration and drying of all kinds of regional and seasonal vegetables and fruits, such as: garlic, pumpkin, konjac, white radish, yam, and bamboo shoots etc. It can satisfy the needs of drying and large quantities of continuous production of root, stem, leafy strip, block, flake, large particles of vegetable materials, and retain the nutrition ingredient and color of products to maximum limit.
The typical dry materials include garlic, pumpkin, carrot, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onions, and apples etc.

Drying area, wind pressure, air volume, drying temperature, mesh belt and speed can be adjusted, to meet the requirements of characteristic and quality of vegetables.
According to the different characteristics of vegetables, it can adopt the different process water flow and add the necessary supporting auxiliary equipment.
principle
Vegetables dehydration drying machine is composed of feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger and wet exhaust fan and other main parts.
When the drying machine working, the cold air is heated through the heat exchanger, By adopting scientific and reasonable recycling way, the hot air is made flowing through the dried materials on the bed for the uniform heat exchange. The heat airflow in all units makes the circulation under the action of the circulation fan, finally discharge the air in high humidity and low temperature, fulfilling the whole drying process smoothly and efficiently.
