Corrosion resistance for mixed product steel pipe

There are so many elements that would damage our pipes, whether plastic or steel one. Under this situation, how could we figure out the corrosion products to protect the general work of our steel pipes? Galvanized would be one of the options and corrosion products adding would be another one. For example, elements in steel, like gold, are noble metals, meaning that they are resistant to corrosion. However, we cannot afford the cost of gold so we need to find the replacement for the gold. Thus, there are light Chromium in steel pipe, which is a corrosion-resistant material, and is used in stainless steel, paints, dyes and the tanning of leather. Of course, research for the application environment would also important for customers before they purchase the steel pipes for engineering project. For example, both HF and water decrease the corrosion resistance and compatibility of metals exposed to NF3, and both impurities should be minimized.
