NUODI, NDThree Types of Chinese law firmThere are three types of Chinese law firm according to the Law of Chinese Lawyer.A.Partnership TypeIt is stipulated in Article 15 of Law of Chinese Lawyer that the establishment of a partnership law firm shall have more than three partners, and the founder shall be a Chinese lawyer with more than three years' practice experience.The partnership type may be established in the form of a general partnership or a special general partnership.The partner of the partnership China law firm shall be liable for the debts of the Chinese law firm in the form of partnership.As a partner, in addition to the legally obtained full-time Chinese lawyer's practice certificate, shall also have more than 5 years experience in practice, and not received administrative penalties like stoping practising or even worse within three years before being a partner. The founder of the Chinese law firm assumes unlimited liability of the debt.C.State-owned TypeIt is stipulated in Article 20 of Law of Chinese Lawyer that the Chinese government sets up a Chinese law firm, whose lawyers independently carry out business.
