INCOLOY alloy 800H
Overview
INCOLOY alloy 800H(UNS N08810) has excellent corrosion resistance in waterborne medium with high temperature up to 500℃, good stress corrosion resistance, and can withstand many corrosive medium corrosion.Its high nickel content makes it have good stress corrosion cracking resistance under water corrosion conditions.High chromium content makes it more resistant to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion and cracking.The alloy has good corrosion resistance to nitric acid and organic acids, but limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.In addition to the potential for pitting corrosion of halides,alloy 800hthas excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidized and non-oxidized salts.It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide
Application
The application fields of Incoloy 800HALLOYare for nitric acid condenser,steam heating tube,external storage of electrical heat pipe etc.
