30000 gallon Acid and Alkali Resistance Bolted Steel Industrial Water Tanks
The acid and alkali resistance bolted steel industrial water tanks also called glass fused to steel tanks, which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and the corrosion resistance of glass. Bolted steel industrial water tanks are assembled by Enamel sheet, Special sealant and Self-locking bolts. The enamel steel plate is coated with two layers of enamel on both sides and then burned with 900 ℃ high temperature, makes the enamel and steel plate bond together strongly. The strong bonding enamel coating not only can prevent the corrosion of industrial water tank, but also resistance to strong acid and strong alkali.
Center Enamel's industrial water tanks engineering design meet or exceed AWWA D103-09 and EN/ISO28765:2011,and our industrial water tanks engineers make tank engineering calculation on each specific tank structure according to project local environmental conditions, such as snow load, wind speed, seismic zone, etc., to make sure the tank structure's adequate security in long-term service life.
