Wedge wire is a welded steel structure, mainly used for filtration, separation and retention media.

wedge wire screen filter
The wedge wire screen filter is composed of rib strips and V shaped wires through manufacturing on specialized welding machine. The rib strips and V shaped wires will be welded by resistance welding, has enough welding strength, equally slot gap, high corrosion resistance, large filter area, good permeability, simple structure, 0.1mm slot gap, and can be select by client in any way.
Product Characteristics
1. It has high mechanical strength, can bear large pressure drop.
2. It has equal slots for filtering, can form equally distributed filter cake, easy to clean for reuse.
3. The wedge type slot can improve backflushing and regeneration performance.
4. It has resistance to pressure, temperature, aging, corrosion, can be applied for different kinds of fluid.
Application
This wedge wire screen is especially applicable for wax oil, asphalt and other high viscosity oil liquid.

The wire type of surface profile is commonly triangular wire, which is also called V-shaped wire.
The support wire can be flat bar,triangle bar,round bar and trapezoid bar.
