What is Bourdon Tube Type Pressure Gauge?
The double-needle seismic pressure gauge for mining of is used to measure the pressure of the hydraulic transmission system of the fully mechanized coal mining. It can resist the influence of the vibration of the working environment and the pressure of the medium. What are the types of Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge?

Even if the pressure in the tube changes, the pointer in the meter will not work immediately. The advantage of using a pressure gauge filled with glycerin is that in a vibrating environment and when the measured fluid is subject to severe pulsation, the pressure gauge still has good sensitivity.
How does a Mechanical Pressure Gauge Work?
The working principle of a mechanical pressure gauge is: when the elastic shape of the sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, retube)inside the gauge are under pressure, they have elastic deformation. Then the conversion mechanism of the movement in the watch transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.
The Bourdon tube pressure gauge is a spring tube pressure gauge. It’s working principle is: under the action of pressure, the free end of the spring tube produces displacement. The displacement is rotated by the pull rod to rotate the magnifying mechanism, and the measured pressure value is indicated on the peripheral disc.
