BLOOD CLOT ACTIVATION
The coagulant provided by Desheng is independently developed and produced, and can effectively play the role of blood coagulation in a short time. It provides better conditions for blood collection tube manufacturers to prepare complete and high-quality serum samples, and has no impact on the detection of clinical biochemical items.
The tube clot activator can be added into a vacuum blood collection tube, which can be used in clinical medical inspection work. The laboratory personnel can complete operations such as taking blood samples, quickly separating serum and transferring samples in the same vessel.
Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a clean, cool, ventilated and dry environment without corrosive gases.

The coagulation-promoting powder is prepared as a coagulant to promote rapid blood coagulation without causing contamination of blood samples and affecting blood test results.

Instructions for Use of Blood Coagulant:
This product can be sprayed by machine or added by hand. During the adding process, it must be continuously stirred to keep the suspension even and fully ensure the consistent addition of various active ingredients.
Mechanical stirring, electromagnetic stirring, pneumatic stirring, etc. can be used to keep the suspension even; the stirring speed is adjusted according to the actual situation;
Once the addition is completed, the coagulant needs to be dried (while the non-organic solvent coagulant is not required). The hot air-drying temperature can be 40-80°C, and the time is 7-120S; the drying temperature in the drying oven or drying room is about 40°C, and the time is subject to a thorough drying;
Add 20-30ul to rapidly coagulate 2-5ml of blood at 20-25℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 20°C, or the blood collection volume is more than 5ml, the amount of coagulant added should be appropriately increased. If irradiation sterilization is required, it is recommended to increase the additive dosage of the coagulant by about 20%.
Blood Coagulant Precautions
The coagulant has a great relationship with the operation in the process of use, and it is easier to obtain high-quality serum samples when operating according to the requirements;
When the coagulant is sprayed into the blood collection tube, it is necessary to wait for the blood to coagulate before centrifugation, otherwise it will cause the blood cells and fibrin filaments to hang on the wall, mild hemolysis, collagen precipitation or no serum separation after centrifugation;
The coagulant and separation gel are used at the same time, the poor coagulation effect will affect the serum quality and the separation effect of the separation gel. It is recommended to use our serum separation gel and coagulant to cooperate;
After the coagulant is added to the blood collection tube, it is recommended to use γ-ray irradiation, the dose is 8 ~ 250KGy, and the irradiation dose is controlled by the initial colony number.
Try not to directly touch the coagulant with your hands during the operation. If it sticks to the skin, you can rinse it with water;
The recommended storage temperature is 4-8°C, keep it sealed and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
