USE OF OLEIC
Oleic is a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty . It is the most common monounsaturated omega-9 fatty , and it is found in many foods and oils, but its most abundant natural source is olive oil.

Oleic is used as a lubricant, metal deactivator and metalworking fluid additive. Oleic is also used in cosmetic products, skin care and animal feed applications.

Oleic may help reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and also triglycerides. LDL is considered the “bad” cholesterol because it can build up in your arteries. If you have too much of it, it can cause plaque to form, which can lead to heart disease or stroke.

Oleic may also be able to lower your blood pressure by reducing the amount of calcium in your blood vessels. This helps prevent hardening of the arteries, which makes them less flexible and more likely to burst during an episode of high blood pressure that causes bleeding into the brain.

In addition, it has antibacterial properties that may be useful for preventing cancer and skin dryness.
