As a kind of multi-component compound china enzyme, cellulase contains several kinds of enzyme with synergistic effect which can catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose and generate oligosaccharide and cellose which finally decomposed into glucose.

Functions of Cellulase
Definition of Activity Cellulase
One unit (U) of cellulase activity is defined as the amount of feed enzymewhich liberates 1 μmol reducing sugar per minute from 4mg/mL substrate (carboxymethylcellulose) sodium at 37℃ and pH 5.5.
Dosage of Cellulase
Recommended dosage is 15-30g/t with 10000 U/g in complete feed.
