Pharmacological Action:Tylvalosin tartrate has good cell membrane permeability and a strong affinity for bacterial 70S ribosomes, which can inhibit protein synthesis in bacteria and thereby inhibit bacterial proliferation. Tylvalosin tartrate has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, and is effective against gram-positive bacteria resistant to other antibiotics, but has little effect on gram-negative bacteria. Tylvalosin tartrate has strong antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and pleuropneumonia-like organisms.
