Introduction to Thermal Elongation Testing Device The thermal elongation testing device is used to measure the elongation and deformation of the insulation and sheath of wires and cables under the action of heat and load, so as to determine their thermal elongation performance. This device meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T2951.21 - 2008, GB12527, GB14049 - 2008, and GB/T12706 - 2002. It is essential testing equipment for enterprises to verify the production license of extruded - insulation power cables and overhead insulated cables with rated voltages ranging from 1kV to 35kV (1kV, 10kV, 35kV). ### Main Parameters 1. 3 upper fixtures 2. 3 lower fixtures + hanging plates 3. 3 stainless - steel rulers with a length of 150mm 4. 1 suspension rod 5. 3 weights of 1g each 6. 6 weights of 2g each 7. 3 weights of 5g each 8. 3 weights of 10g each 9. 6 weights of 20g each 10. 3 weights of 50g each 11. 6 weights of 100g each 12. 1 testing hanger (with three sets)
