How does fuel injector nozzle work?
Fuel injectors are located in the intake manifold and spray fuel through a tiny nozzle. The fuel injector uses a special nozzle to spray the fuel as mist, instead of a strong jet stream. When the throttle valve opens, your fuel injector sprays fuel to mix with the air and then enters the engine's combustion cylinders.
Maintenance & Usage
1. Before using diesel parts, please carefully wash them in clean diesel.
2. Nozzle is precision pair barrel parts and has been matched in pairs. Never exchange nozzle body with its needle.
3. Nozzle cann't be naked without packaging in air for a long time.
4. After packaging removed and don't use in following days, please put some oil on nozzles to avoid rusting.
