Scratch Resistance and Wear Resistance: Addition to coil coatings and automotive clear coats extends coating lifespan.
Matte Finish and Texture Control: Combined with nano-silica to produce high-performance matte coatings.
Anti-adhesion and lubrication: When used in gravure printing inks, adding 0.8-2% reduces paper friction damage.
Polymer processing:
Plastic modification: Adding it to engineering plastics reduces wear on molds in glass fiber reinforced systems and shortens injection molding cycles.
Film and Packaging: Eliminates high-speed winding adhesion defects in BOPP and cast films, improves TPU masterbatch dispersion.
