Ope wax used for Electronic Component Sealant
Oxidized polyethylene wax finds significant application in the field of electronic component sealants due to its outstanding properties. Its unique molecular structure confers excellent polar compatibility, low volatility, and the absence of heavy metals, enabling it to meet regulatory requirements for food-grade and medical-grade plastic products. Specifically, oxidised polyethylene wax can be utilised in circuit board sealing and protection through specialised processes. For instance, by applying a coupling agent via brush coating, undergoing dehumidification treatment, and then dipping the circuit board into a mixture of molten oxidised polyethylene wax combined with tackifiers and liquid toughening agents, an effective waterproof and moisture-resistant wax film can be formed.
