Micronized PE PP wax used for printing ink
Micronized wax enhances ink performance through the following mechanisms:
Improves surface properties: Reduces the coefficient of friction on printed surfaces, enhancing scratch resistance and anti-adhesion properties. Particularly suitable for flexographic, gravure, and offset printing processes.
Optimises dispersibility and compatibility: Regular spherical particles disperse readily within ink systems without heating and exhibit excellent compatibility with pigments. PTFE-modified variants further enhance abrasion resistance.
Adjust gloss levels: Certain products (e.g., matting micronized wax powders) achieve a matte finish while maintaining coating uniformity.
