[Brief information]

[Main composition] Organic silicone polymer emulsions

[General properties]

Appearance: milky white liquid

Ionicity: weakly cationic

pH: 5-7.5

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Stability: resisting acid, alkali and electrolytes

[Product features]

3. Yarn lubricantPG-20 is designed especially for knitted and cotton fabric dyeing, avoid bath with easy-care resin. Improve hand feel and tear strength.

[Application]

Suitable to yarn of cotton, fibre and polyester

Dipping: 1-5%(O.W.F)

Bath: room temperature

Time: 20-30mins

Baking temperature :100℃ until fabrics had dried out.

Notice: Please test with different fabrics and equipment to get the best effect .Don’t use by mix and matching method .

[Packaging and storage]

125 kg/polyethylene drum, avoid cold, sun exposure and other clutter ,6 months in sealed container at room temperature
